What is the Lenox Breakage Replacement Program?

If you break a piece of your Lenox brand dinnerware or giftware, we will offer a replacement at a discounted price, provided the pattern is still active and in stock.

Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our dinnerware is dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or platinum accents should never be used in a microwave. Please check the specific care instructions on the product page or the bottom of your piece.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. If you have requested personalization or engraving, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
